1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using ConnexaX, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the related Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ConnexaX provides browser-based and network-dependent creator tools for images, documents, QR codes, signatures, resizing, conversion and AI-assisted workflows. Features, limits, supported formats and providers may change as the product evolves.

3. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally permitted to use the service in your location. If applicable law requires parental or guardian permission, you must have that permission before using ConnexaX.

4. Your files, prompts and other content

• You remain responsible for files, text, prompts and other content you submit to ConnexaX.
• You must have the rights or authorization needed to use and process that content.
• You must not upload content in a way that violates another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights or applicable law.
• Submitting content gives ConnexaX and the service providers used by the requested feature the limited permission needed to process that content and return the requested result.

6. AI-assisted features

AI-generated or AI-processed output can be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review output before publishing, submitting or relying on it. ConnexaX does not guarantee that an AI result is original, error-free, legally usable, or accepted by a third party.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use ConnexaX to:

• break applicable law or facilitate unlawful activity;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
• attempt unauthorized access, probe vulnerabilities, bypass limits or disrupt the service;
• send malware, automated abuse, excessive requests or other harmful traffic;
• misrepresent ConnexaX output as official certification or approval when it is not.

8. Third-party services

Some ConnexaX features depend on third-party APIs, hosting, advertising, email or processing services. Those services may have their own terms and policies. Availability, speed and output can be affected by those providers, and ConnexaX does not control every aspect of their operation.

9. Intellectual property

ConnexaX branding, interface design, original website code, written content and other service materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ConnexaX intellectual property to you. Rights in user-provided content remain with the applicable rights holder.

10. Service changes, limits and suspension

We may add, modify, limit, suspend or remove features when necessary for maintenance, security, provider changes, abuse prevention or product development. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe the service is being abused or used unlawfully.

11. No warranties

ConnexaX is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a particular output quality, compatibility with every device, or acceptance of an output by any third party. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ConnexaX and its operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service, loss of files, missed submission deadlines, third-party rejection, provider outages or reliance on generated output. This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, providers or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Applicable law

These Terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of India. Mandatory consumer or other legal protections that apply to you are not displaced by this clause.
