For Upload mode, use a sharp photo or scan taken on a plain background with the signature clearly visible.

Rotate the uploaded signature until the writing is level before compressing or exporting it.

Set the target file size according to the portal requirement instead of choosing the smallest value automatically.

Run the optimization and compare the original preview with the processed output before downloading.

If thin strokes disappear, use a slightly larger target size or a clearer source image and process it again.

Download the format requested by the receiving portal and avoid renaming an extension to a different format manually.

Before final submission, verify pixel dimensions, file size and background requirements on the official form instructions.
