Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ConnexaX processes, what can stay in your browser, when third-party services are involved, and how to contact us about privacy.

1. Who operates ConnexaX

ConnexaX is a creator-tools website available at connexax.com and is developed and operated under Narayan Industries (NRI). In this policy, “ConnexaX”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the ConnexaX service and its operator.

2. Information you provide

  • Contact form: when you contact us, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you submit. The contact flow is configured to deliver messages through our email service to support@connexax.com.
  • Files and content: some tools accept images, documents, prompts or text that you choose to process. Whether that content stays in your browser or is sent over the network depends on the specific tool.

3. Browser-side and network-dependent processing

ConnexaX uses browser-side processing where practical, but not every feature is local. The current implementation includes the following network-dependent workflows:

  • Background Remover: the selected image is sent through a ConnexaX API route to external Hugging Face-hosted processing endpoints so the background-removal result can be generated.
  • AI Image Generator: prompt text and generation parameters are sent to the Pollinations image service to produce the requested image.
  • AI Audio: the script text and selected voice settings are sent through a ConnexaX API route to the Microsoft Edge/Bing speech service used by the current text-to-speech implementation.
  • Contact form: contact details and the message are transmitted to our server and email provider for delivery and reply handling.

Because these features rely on external services, their own infrastructure, security and retention practices may also apply. ConnexaX does not claim that every network-dependent request is processed only on ConnexaX-controlled servers.

4. Local browser storage

ConnexaX uses browser storage for certain preferences and convenience features. Examples in the current site include the cookie-consent choice, AI image history stored in localStorage, and an AI-audio generation counter. This data remains in your browser until it is cleared by the site, by you, or by your browser.

5. Technical and security data

When you access the website, our hosting, network, security and service providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, URLs and security logs. This data can be used to deliver the service, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse and protect infrastructure.

6. Cookies and advertising

ConnexaX stores your consent choice in localStorage. In the current implementation, the Google AdSense script is loaded only when the stored choice is “accepted”. If advertising services are loaded, Google or its partners may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. See our Cookie Policy for more detail and preference controls.

7. How we use information

  • to provide the tool or feature you requested;
  • to respond to support, bug, privacy or business inquiries;
  • to maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures;
  • to remember browser-side preferences and history where the feature uses local storage;
  • to operate advertising services after the applicable consent choice.

8. Retention

Retention depends on the type of data. Browser-local data remains until cleared. Contact emails may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to answer the inquiry, maintain records or resolve disputes. Technical logs and content sent to third-party services may be retained according to the applicable provider and infrastructure settings. We do not promise a universal deletion period for every third-party processing service.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service, but no internet transmission, browser application, email system or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or other secrets through the contact form.

10. Your choices

You can clear browser storage through your browser, decline advertising cookies through the ConnexaX consent controls, and contact us about privacy questions or information you submitted through the contact form. Rights available to you can vary by applicable law and location.

11. Third-party services and international processing

ConnexaX uses third-party infrastructure and APIs for some features. Those providers may process data in countries other than your own. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply when their services are used.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows the current policy revision.
